The Caribbean RADO consistently educates and informs Caribbean National Olympic Committees, Governments, Sporting Organizations, Athletes and athlete support personnel about the dangers and consequences of doping in sport through effective and efficient anti-doping education programming in line with the International Standard for Education to ensure Caribbean countries and sporting organizations fully comply with the requirements of the Code and UNESCO Convention and, athletes are confident they are competing in a doping-free environment.

The Caribbean RADO also assists member countries with the development and implementation of country specific education programmes in collaboration with Goverments, National Olympic and Paralympic Committees for the benefit of National Sports Organisations, athletes and athlete support personnel.
