The Caribbean RADO encourages regional buy-in, support and commitment through the use of available ICTs to ensure a culture where all Caribbean Governments, National Olympic and Paralympic Committees, National Sport Federations, athletes, support personnel and the media embrace the concept that anti-doping programs effectively prevent, deter and detect doping in sport.
